  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (to prevent sticking)

Instructions
