  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 package (4.2 oz) Oreo Cookies & Cream pudding mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Optional: 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Optional: 15 coarsely crushed Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar for about 3 minutes until fluffy.
  3. Mix in the pudding mix until combined, then add eggs and vanilla extract; blend for another few minutes.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda; gradually add to the wet mixture until just mixed.
  5. Gently fold in white chocolate chips and crushed Oreos.
  6. Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto a greased baking sheet spaced two inches apart.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden; cool on the baking sheet before transferring.
