  • 1 celery stalk, diced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Cook ground chicken until browned (about 5–7 minutes), then set aside.
  3. Sauté onion for 3–4 minutes; add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Return chicken to pot; pour in broth and stir.
