  • 1 cup fresh orange juice (about 2 oranges)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional, for extra flavor)
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, pepper, and cold water until smooth.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
