Crock Pot Hawaiian Meatballs are the ultimate comfort food, perfect for any occasion. This easy-to-make dish features tender meatballs simmered in a delicious sauce made from sweet pineapple, tangy BBQ sauce, and zesty ginger.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds frozen meatballs
  • 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 cups BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Chopped chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and drain the pineapple chunks.
  2. In your crock pot, add frozen meatballs and drained pineapple.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix BBQ sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, grated ginger, and minced garlic until smooth.
  4. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and gently toss to coat.
  5. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours or LOW for 5-6 hours.
  6. Serve warm with chopped chives sprinkled on top.
