  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 1 bunch fresh dill
  • 3 eggs
  • 4-5 slices hardened bread (soaked)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Flour (for coating)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Soak the hardened bread in water for about 5 minutes. Drain, squeeze out excess water, and crumble.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground pork, chopped onions, garlic, parsley, dill, crumbled bread, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix well by hand.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs. Dredge in flour until coated.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry meatballs for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer cooked meatballs to a paper towel-lined platter to absorb excess oil.
