  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb Yukon gold potatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 ¼ lb sirloin steak
