  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes with chilies, undrained

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp of butter. Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and Italian seasoning; cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add undrained Rotel tomatoes and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in remaining butter and heavy cream; simmer until slightly thickened (3-4 minutes).
  6. Mix in Parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted; season with salt and pepper.
  7. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
