  • 1 1/2 cups Gluten Free Sourdough Starter
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 1/4 cups Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 3/4 cup Sweet Sorghum Flour
  • 3/4 cup Tapioca Flour
  • 1/2 cup Brown Rice Flour
  • 1/2 cup Potato Starch
  • 1 Tbsp Xanthan Gum
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer bowl, combine the gluten free sourdough starter, eggs, melted butter, milk, and honey. Beat until smooth.
  2. Gradually add sweet sorghum flour, tapioca flour, brown rice flour, potato starch, xanthan gum, baking powder, and sea salt. Mix for about 3–4 minutes until well combined; expect a wet dough.
  3. Grease your bread pan with coconut oil and pour in the dough. Cover and let it proof in a warm area for 6–8 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F while the dough rises.
  5. Bake for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes until golden brown on top.
  6. Allow cooling in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a rack to cool completely.
