  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon dry ground mustard (optional but recommended)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 scallions (diced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Arrange hash brown patties in a single layer at the bottom of the dish.
  3. Sprinkle cheeses, diced ham, and scallions evenly on top of the hash browns.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, mustard (if using), and garlic powder until well combined.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.
