  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 Tablespoons White Miso Paste
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Cup Vegetable Stock

Instructions

  1. Soak the raw cashews in boiling water for 1 hour.
  2. Drain and rinse the cashews under cold water.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  4. Blend soaked cashews, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, miso paste, salt, and vegetable stock until smooth.
  5. Line two ramekins with parchment paper and fill with the mixture.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool to room temperature and then chill in the refrigerator before serving.
