  • Ground Beef
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Diced Tomatoes
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Chicken Broth
  • Bowtie Pasta
  • Ricotta Cheese
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté diced onion for 5 minutes until translucent, then add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  2. Add ground beef to the pot and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth, water, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and bring to a gentle boil.
