  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with whisked eggs and milk, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs, half of the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, cook each breaded chicken breast for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.
  5. Mix remaining cheeses and garlic in a bowl; sprinkle over the chicken.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
