  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a cast iron skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent. Stir in the crumbled bacon.
