  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 11×7-inch baking pan with parchment paper or spray it with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugars until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  3. Fold in the chopped apples into the batter. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. For the maple glaze, melt butter and stir in maple syrup, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
