  • 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown (7-10 minutes), then let rest and dice.
  2. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain without rinsing.
