  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 egg yolks

  • ½ cup white sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  4. In another bowl, cream the butter and then mix in the egg.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in blueberries.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, white sugar, egg yolks, and vanilla until smooth.
  8. Layer half of the batter in the pan followed by half of the sour cream mixture; repeat layers.
  9. Bake for about 60 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  10. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
