  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cans (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz) petit diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions for 3 minutes less than suggested, then drain.
  3. In a skillet over high heat, brown ground beef with onions for about 6-7 minutes; drain excess fat.
  4. Add garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Mix in cooked macaroni and shredded cheese.
