  • 1 lb frozen gyoza dumplings (vegan)
  • 1 lb heirloom tomatoes (mixed colors)
  • 1 English cucumber (or 4 Persian cucumbers)
  • 5 scallions (thinly sliced)
  • 3 Tbsp low-sodium Tamari
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2-3 tsp maple syrup
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Toasted sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Steam the dumplings according to package instructions and toss them in a large bowl with sesame oil or a splash of water.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together Tamari, balsamic vinegar, and maple syrup to create the dressing.
