  3. In the same pot, sauté chopped onions until translucent (3-4 minutes).
  4. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil; reduce to simmer.
  5. Return meatballs to the pot and let simmer for about 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and add spinach; cook until wilted (about 2 minutes).
