  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Mixed frozen vegetables

Instructions

  1. Prepare mashed potatoes by boiling peeled and chopped russet potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with sour cream until smooth.
