  • ½ lb. ground pork (or turkey)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ – 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic (pressed)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh Italian herbs (oregano, basil, parsley)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil, then spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef and pork.
  3. Add breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Parmesan cheese, herbs, onion powder, salt, and black pepper; mix until well combined but avoid overmixing.
  4. Use a cookie scoop to portion the mixture into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until browned and cooked through (no pink in the center).
  6. Serve immediately or let cool before freezing.
