  • 10 oz linguine pasta
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 4 garlic cloves

  3. Boil salted water in a pot; cook linguine until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
  4. In another saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, remaining Cajun seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the sauce; season with salt and pepper.
