  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 bag (10 oz) vanilla flavored melting wafers
  • Red & green sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Prepare your work surface by lining a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Crush sugar cookies in a food processor until finely crumbled.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed cookies and softened cream cheese until thoroughly mixed.
  4. Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place them on the cookie sheet.
  5. Chill the truffles in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Melt vanilla wafers in a microwave-safe bowl according to package instructions.
  7. Dip each truffle in melted wafers using a plastic fork, tapping off excess coating before placing them back on the cookie sheet.
  8. Chill again for 5 minutes to set the coating.
  9. Decorate with melted wafer drizzle and sprinkles before serving.
