  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (12 ounces) corn (drained)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 32 ounces frozen tater tots
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until browned, about 7–8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning; cook for an additional minute.
  4. Stir in sour cream, condensed soup, corn, and half of the cheddar cheese; heat through for about 2 minutes.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and smooth into an even layer.
  6. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and frozen tater tots.
  7. Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
