  • 400 ml lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 42 g fresh yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 g soft vegan butter
  • 40 g wild garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine lukewarm water, sugar, and fresh yeast; let it froth for about 10 minutes.
  2. Mix in flour, salt, and olive oil until a dough forms; knead on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  4. While rising, chop wild garlic and mix with softened vegan butter and salt.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the garlic filling evenly.
  6. Cut into strips, stack them vertically in a baking tray, cover again to rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
