  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1.5 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, diced

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Fine sea salt and freshly-ground black pepper
  • 6 pieces cooked and crumbled bacon

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage in a large stockpot over medium-high heat until browned. Remove with a slotted spoon, reserving some grease.
