  • 3 cups kale

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook and crumble the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté diced onion in reserved drippings until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
